His practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, financings, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, workouts, and restructurings. Zak’s experience spans diverse markets and asset classes, including data centers, raw land, student housing facilities, multifamily and single-family rental assets, senior living facilities, hotels and resorts, office buildings, warehouses, and both master-planned and individual industrial developments.
