Valerie Johnston
Valerie Johnston advises clients in all matters of commercial real estate and focuses her practice on the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of hotels.
Valerie has experience negotiating hotel management agreements, purchase agreements, loan documents, leases and lease amendments, and construction contracts to facilitate development. She also provides general business advice to real estate developers and acts as a conduit to connect developers with potential opportunities and sources of projects and capital.
Valerie was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2021 and 2022, and co-authored "Show Me the Money: Unique Lending Challenges for Contractors" (2020) for the Construction Financial Management Association.
