Valeria Bystrowicz-Liendo serves as a non-billable resource for fintech and blockchain clients, drawing on her extensive industry relationships and market insights. She supports clients in navigating the complex ecosystem and identifying opportunities that may otherwise be difficult to obtain.
Valeria joined Perkins Coie in 2016 as the first corporate associate dedicated to the firm’s Fintech and Blockchain industry groups. In this role, she advised the early wave of entrepreneurs and ventures that played a significant part in shaping the sector. Her early engagement provided her with foundational experience in the legal and regulatory frameworks that continue to shape the rapidly evolving field. Through her work, Valeria has built a broad network of founders, investors, and industry leaders.
In 2021, she shifted from a traditional legal practice to a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on fintech and blockchain clients. In this non-billable capacity, she draws on her deep industry relationships and market insights to support clients in navigating the fintech ecosystem and accessing opportunities that may otherwise be out of reach.
Originally from Argentina, Valeria earned her law degree there before completing her LL.M. at New York University School of Law.
