Tracy K. Bell

Tracy Bell is the Senior Risk Officer for the Perkins Coie Trust Company. Tracy is responsible for managing regulatory requirements, audits and exams, and oversight of PCTC policies and procedures. She is also the lead of client intake.
Prior to joining PCTC, she was the executive legal assistant to the general counsel at Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company. Tracy graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
