Torryn Rodgers

Torryn represented a well-known pharmaceutical company in a high-profile complex federal multidistrict litigation and its parallel state court lawsuits across the country. She has also advised multinational corporations on compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-bribery statutes.

With experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, Torryn has prepared fact and expert witnesses for deposition, drafted dispositive motions, managed fast-paced discovery disputes and productions, and negotiated settlements.
