Taylor A. Haines

Taylor Haines advises clients on commercial real estate and local land use matters.

In addition to drafting leases and purchase and sale transaction documents, Taylor negotiates on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and buyers and sellers, and provides analyses of applicable laws. She also has experience managing due diligence for complex transactions, including acquisitions of multiproperty portfolios.

Prior to her legal career, Taylor worked as a consultant on transportation and wastewater projects in the Seattle area, including a Washington State Department of Transportation mega project.

Maintaining an active pro bono practice, Taylor advises nonprofits on leasing and purchase and sale work and assists them in acquiring properties to serve various communities.
