Known for aligning legal strategy with business goals, he brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to his practice, informed by deep experience with the company and investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Tar served as legal counsel at a leading global private markets investment firm, where he worked closely with investment teams on domestic and international fund and private credit investments.
