Steven S. Beale

Steven S. Beale is a litigator focusing on complex commercial and consumer disputes.

He has represented small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in federal court and private arbitration. Steven's experience includes helping clients resolve commercial contract disputes, internal investigations, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class actions, and environmental challenges. During the 2020 election cycle, he worked on voting rights cases in states including Nevada, Georgia, and Illinois.

Steven clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While attending Duke University School of Law, he was the editor-in-chief of the Duke Law & Technology Review and nominated to the National Order of Scribes for excellence in legal writing. Before attending law school, Steven served with AmeriCorps St. Louis as an intensive literacy tutor, worked for Intel Corporation as an analyst, and taught political science at The Ohio State University.
