Shujun (Sue) Zhong

Sue is a senior associate in the Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice. Sue assists with managing the IP portfolios for leading multinational companies and works on IP registration, prosecution, maintenance, licensing, enforcement and litigation in China on a daily basis.
Sue Zhong supports domestic and multinational companies with matters involving the infringement of their trademarks, copyrights, domain names, trade names, trade dress, trade secrets and other forms of unfair competition. Sue also advises on advertising compliance, IP licensing, and customs recordal and enforcement.
She regularly assists with advising clients on complex disputes before administrative enforcement authorities and Chinese courts at all levels involving IP. Sue has assisted leading companies on their IP issues in a diverse range of industries, including consumer goods, cosmetics, medical appliances, biotechnology, software and systems, entertainment, digital media, and hospitality.
Sue earned an LL.B. from Minzu University of China and an LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law.
