Shireen Lankarani has extensive experience representing clients across a diverse array of cases, including commercial, securities, intellectual property, and tax disputes. She also regularly represents individuals and companies in government investigations. Shireen is proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents. She also possesses extensive experience in managing and coordinating all stages of discovery, including overseeing complex document productions, preparing witnesses for depositions, and drafting written discovery.
Among her notable achievements, Shireen has successfully defended numerous securities class actions, secured the defeat of three motions for preliminary injunctions, and achieved three complete dismissals in a $12.5 billion business combination. Additionally, she has negotiated and secured favorable settlements in multiple commercial disputes.
Prior to her role as a lawyer, Shireen was a regulatory affairs analyst at a major investment bank, where she coordinated regulatory examinations.
