Shaun K. Devereaux

Shaun K. Devereaux focuses his practice on various real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, commercial and residential development, and real estate lending.

Shaun frequently assists in the creation, assumption, and negotiation of various leasing matters for both landlord and tenant; negotiates the purchase and sale of commercial property and raw land for investors and real estate companies; represents borrowers and lenders in loan originations, loan modifications, and loan workouts; and conducts title, survey, and other complex due diligence review.

Maintaining an active pro bono practice, Shaun assists nonprofit entities with their real estate financing and transaction-based needs and assists in the expansion of housing facilities for low income and at-risk individuals and youth.

Prior to attending law school, Shaun was a professional concert pianist and performed with various orchestras and in many prestigious venues around the world.
