Serena Nakano

Serena Nakano provides counsel on the preservation, collection, processing, culling, review, searching, and production of electronically stored information.
She also oversees and manages document reviews and performs other related discovery tasks, such as researching compound issues, creating privilege logs, and aiding in deposition preparation. Serena also provides review, quality control, and support for transaction matters, including corporate and real estate due diligence. Additionally, her work has involved settlement negotiations, settlement agreement preparation, and trial preparation.
Serena has experience across a broad range of complex litigation matters, including antitrust and securities litigation, conflicts, construction litigation, contract disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, privacy, product liability, arbitrations, government subpoenas, and internal investigations. She is skilled in using Relativity, DISCO, Everchron, and Kira.
