Saba Chinian

Saba Chinian is an associate in the firm's Privacy & Security Law practice.
During law school at the UC Berkeley School of Law, Saba served as the notes and comments editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and as a contributor to the ACLU of Northern California Digital Rights Project. As a student researcher at the UC Berkeley Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity, Saba published a white paper on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and later assisted in preparing and presenting an academic symposium regarding software liability policy to the White House.
Prior to earning her J.D., Saba worked at Google on the law enforcement and information security team. She was also a paralegal specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Criminal Antitrust Division.
