For more than 30 years, Ronald has served as lead counsel in scores of high-stakes securities and corporate governance cases.

Ron Berenstain has defended public companies and their officers and directors, as well as underwriters and accountants in all types of securities and corporate governance cases. These matters include shareholder class-action litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, ERISA class-actions, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations.

Ron has extensive experience with matters involving accounting irregularities, financial restatements, disclosure regulations compliance, insider trading claims, and director and officer insurance. In conjunction with his defense of securities and corporate governance matters, Ron counsels public companies and their boards of directors on disclosure and compliance issues and corporate governance matters.
