Robyn Shelton

Robyn Shelton is an intellectual property attorney advising clients on trademark and copyright protection in industries spanning financial services, education, consumer products, software development, manufacturing, entertainment, digital media, video games, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Robyn works closely with clients on branding strategy, conducts trademark clearance searches and advises on trademark registration domestically and internationally. She manages global trademark portfolios and handles matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Additionally, Robyn has experience providing strategic guidance on enforcement of intellectual property rights, negotiating consent agreements, and disputes involving domain names.
Prior to her career in law, Robyn was a science journalist for daily newspapers covering topics including space exploration and medicine. Robyn wrote extensively about the U.S. space shuttle program, robotic exploration of the solar system, and the commercial rocket launch industry. Robyn served as the medical writer for the Orlando Sentinel newspaper, where she covered medical research, public health, consumer issues, and health insurance.
