He has experience in environmental litigation; Dodd-Frank investigations; shareholder derivative actions; antitrust/mergers and acquisitions (including Hart-Scott-Rodino compliance and second requests); patent infringement litigation; breach of contract disputes; internal corporate investigations; U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Trade Commission investigations; and class actions.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Rob was a litigator and has experience with motion practice, deposition and trial preparation, witness interviews and both jury and bench trials in civil and criminal cases.
