Rebecca Lawless
Rebecca Lawless is a lawyer in the firm's E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice. Leveraging experience with multiple e-discovery platforms, she provides document review on a wide variety of matters, including commercial litigation, class action, privacy, individual contract disputes, and internal investigations.
Dedicated to accuracy and consistency, Rebecca enjoys the challenges posed by quality control review and privilege log preparation in complex cases that demand close readings of documents. In addition to identifying key evidence to aid in the pursuit of claims and defenses, she is skilled at drafting case histories to support litigation strategies.
