Rachel Merritt
Rachel Merritt is an associate in Perkins Coie's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice in the firm's Seattle office.
While attending Florida State University College of Law, Rachel served as the treasurer of the of the Black Law Students Association and was a member of the Business Law Clinic. She was also a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2021 and 2022.
Prior to law school, Rachel was employed by a reputable, global manufacturing corporation, where she advised on cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
