Rachel Marszalek focuses on developing strategies and arguments in preparation for clients primarily in insurance coverage, insurance bad faith claims, and other commercial disputes. She represents and advises clients on issues involving civil litigation with experience attending court hearings, taking depositions, and managing all aspects of the matter. She also has extensive writing experience related to pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appellate briefing.
