Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Rachel served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Jennifer Walker Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
While attending Vanderbilt Law School, Rachel served as an articles editor for both the Vanderbilt Law Review and the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review. In addition to earning her J.D., she also received a Ph.D. in law and economics.
