Rachel advises clients in real estate transactions and debt financing.
Rachel is experienced in a wide range of asset types, including industrial buildings, retail developments, senior housing facilities, offices, research and testing facilities, vacant land, and mixed-use projects. She works with both emerging companies and established corporations to strategize on sophisticated deals and assist with day-to-day real estate and leasing issues. Her debt finance experience includes secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financing, bridge loans, and structured financings. Rachel also advises on cutting-edge issues and uses, including electric vehicle charging and data centers.
In 2020, Rachel received the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights’ James T. Caleshu Award for outstanding pro bono contribution to the Legal Services for Entrepreneurs program. The program provides free business legal services to people of color and low-income individuals starting or developing for-profit businesses, and to businesses committed to underserved communities.
