Pranav Bethala
Pranav Neel Bethala is a technology lawyer who works with clients in a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence (AI), computer software, aerospace, digital banking, healthcare, consumer goods, and food products.
Pranav has experience drafting and negotiating agreements for software-as-a-service (SaaS) engagements, on-premises software, software and data licenses, hardware, and hosting, development, and professional services. He has also advised and assisted clients on compliance and policy issues concerning AI, including drafting comments and responses to the White House on behalf of a household-name client regarding a forthcoming "bill of rights" to educate and protect American citizens with respect to AI.
Before joining Perkins Coie, Pranav was an inaugural law clerk for both the Honorable Andrew L. Brasher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
