Philip A. Morin has experience working on matters involving semiconductor processing and device fabrication, wireless communication devices, and consumer electronics. Additionally, he is active in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes reviews.
Phil has extensive experience and knowledge in technical fields including atomic layer deposition (ALD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), and plasma etching for semiconductor device fabrication; photolithography; and user interfaces and applications for wireless communication devices.
