Paul has over 20 years of experience and focuses his practice on emerging medical device companies, with particular experience in cardiovascular, renal neuromodulation, neurostimulation, spinal devices, and aesthetic treatments.
Paul Parker, firmwide chair of Perkins Coie's Medical Device industry sector, has represented investors and emerging companies from incubation through acquisition/IPO. In the past two years, he was involved in raising over $100 million in venture funding for emerging medical device companies and has been involved in over $1 billion in acquisitions/IPOs since 2010. Paul also has extensive experience in portfolio development and patent strategies, freedom to operate analyses and other intellectual property due diligence, patent licensing, and technology transfer.
