Paul O. Hirose

Paul Hirose counsels midsized and multinational corporate clients on risk and litigation avoidance strategies, operational issues, intellectual property, and marketing and advertising matters. Paul’s approach is honed by more than two decades of experience as marketing counsel for Isuzu North America. 

Paul defends companies in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. His transactional experience includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating business contracts, including employment, distribution, and licensing agreements. A former certified public accountant, he has significant audit and compliance experience. 

Paul also has a background in substantial product distribution. He has worked extensively in the establishment, expansion, and winding down of distribution networks for clients in the automotive, food distribution, and technology industries.  

Committed to his pro bono practice, Paul works with nonprofit organizations dedicated to ending human trafficking. He also co-chairs the firm’s Supply Chain Compliance & Corporate Social Responsibility practice.
