Nick Ferrer is a co-chair of the firmwide Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. Nick frequently is involved in cross-border transactions. Nick's clients include repeat strategic acquirers, middle-market private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, family offices, and both venture-backed and founder or other closely owned companies. Experienced across a broad range of industries, Nick has a deep knowledge of the technology, healthcare, consumer/retail, business services, and niche manufacturing industries.
