Naa Kai Koppoe
Naa Kai Koppoe is an associate in the firm's Privacy & Security practice.
She advises clients on a broad range of data privacy matters, including compliance strategies with state and international privacy laws and regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Naa Kai helps clients understand and comply with applicable privacy laws by revising privacy policies, consumer facing disclosures, and data protection addendums. She also has experience advising on and negotiating licensing and technology agreements.
Naa Kai earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an online privacy fellow at the Fordham Center on Law and Information Policy. She also worked with the Future of Privacy Forum as a legal and policy intern, where she researched and analyzed global privacy laws and advertising technology issues and trends.
