Moriah Eskow Niblack
Moriah Eskow Niblack assists in reviewing and summarizing escalated documents and in citation checking.
She has experience in document review, including quality control and privilege review, for a variety of commercial litigation matters, government investigations, and residential mortgage-backed security (RMBS). Moriah has worked on a secondment for a multinational technology company, managing corporate governance projects related to entity formation, internal mergers, and entity dissolution.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Moriah was a litigator, responsible for client intake, legal research, and written discovery; drafting and arguing motions and appeals; and drafting and negotiating settlement, real estate, and entertainment contracts. She also worked as a community advocate and shelter manager for a domestic violence organization.
