Michelle Xiao Han

Michelle advises strategic acquirors, private equity sponsors, venture-backed companies, and closely held and family-owned businesses in all aspects of M&A transactions, including strategic mergers, divestitures, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, majority and minority investments, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other complex strategic transactions.

Michelle Han practice also includes advising on corporate governance matters, portfolio company operational matters, and commercial arrangements.

Michelle represents national and multinational clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on software, technology, life sciences, business and financial services, consumer, and manufacturing.

Prior to her legal career, Michelle advised institutional clients while at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong.
