Michael Caine
Michael Caine advises on matters involving technology-based transactions for a broad range of clients in a variety of industries.
Michael has experience drafting and negotiating license agreements, joint development agreements, SaaS Agreements, and other technology-related agreements.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Michael served as in-house counsel for an international semiconductor company. While there, Michael advised on general corporate matters and negotiated various commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, and master service agreements. Michael's prior in-house experience enables him to effectively guide clients through a broad range of complex commercial transactions to ensure they achieve their business objectives.
