Mengying Guan
Grace Guan advises clients on a wide range of corporate, partnership, and international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, capital market matters, fund formation, restructurings, and distressed situations.
Her experience also includes executive compensation, deferred compensation, and employee benefit matters.
Before joining the firm, Grace worked at an international law firm and a Big Four accounting firm. In addition to her focus on transactional tax matters, she has experience with international tax planning, compliance, and providing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) solutions to Fortune 500 corporations.
