Megan McLean advises clients on environmental, health, and safety compliance issues, including air emission permitting, hazardous and solid waste management, water discharges, chemical regulations, and process safety management. She helps companies plan and implement practical measures for complying with regulations and defends clients against regulatory enforcement actions when necessary.
Megan counsels developers, manufacturers, lenders, and developers of renewable energy projects on strategies for managing environmental matters that arise in transactional matters. Her counsel includes strategic planning, due diligence, development considerations, and environmental liability management.
