Megan Morrissey represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, commercial lending institutions, and other private and public companies in a variety of finance transactions. These include senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings; asset-based financings; first, second, and split-lien financings; structured loan participations; and distressed debt and investment portfolio acquisitions.
Megan negotiates and structures both secured and unsecured financing transactions across several industries and is particularly experienced with financings in the regulated fields of telecommunications and healthcare.
