Lukáš Pavlík supports clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity investments, and corporate governance matters.
During his more than four years in practice, Lukáš has played a pivotal role in corporate deals, including some of the largest company acquisitions and strategic sales of client assets across Central and Eastern Europe (CE), as well as various startup investment rounds.
Sharing the firm's values, Lukáš is committed to equity and inclusion within his practice, collaborating with clients of diverse backgrounds on cross-border matters.
Fluent in both English and Czech, Lukáš is admitted to the Czech Bar Association.
