Lily Tran
Lily Tran is an associate in the firm's Technology Transaction & Privacy Law practice.
Lily assists and advises clients on a variety of transactional matters, including intellectual property licenses, services and purchase agreements, and product development, manufacturing, and distribution. They represent companies from a broad range of technology-focused industry sectors, including life sciences, biotechnology, custom silicon and semiconductors, cloud computing, and technical infrastructure.
Lily is a graduate of Duke University School of Law, where they served as the research editor for the Duke Law Journal. Prior to entering the legal profession, Lily worked as a professional illustrator, graphic designer, and web developer.
