An experienced litigator, LaMarte regularly represents companies and individuals in complex commercial matters.

LaMarte Williams, Jr. focuses his practice on resolving high-stakes litigation disputes in federal and state courts. He has litigated a broad range of commercial cases involving contract disputes, business torts, securities, real estate, and employment-related matters. LaMarte also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediations and arbitrations.

Prior to joining the firm, LaMarte clerked for the Honorable Bernice B. Donald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Denise Page Hood of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. During law school, LaMarte was a notes editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law.
