Kyle Cole

Kyle focuses on defending companies in high profile premises and product liability matters involving life-changing personal injuries and wrongful death.

Kyle Cole’s work ranges from single-plaintiff injury cases to mass-casualty events. He regularly appears and litigates in state and federal courts across the country. In addition to premises and product liability cases, Kyle also defends clients in consumer class-action lawsuits. 

Kyle maintains an active pro bono practice, partnering with the Idaho Federal Public Defender’s Office to defend criminal cases brought against indigent defendants.

In 2022, Kyle served as special counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the nomination of the Hon. Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court of the United States. Before joining Perkins Coie, Kyle was a law clerk for the Hon. Ryan D. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. B. Lynn Winmill of the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.
