Kurt J. Neumann

Kurt’s transactional practice includes a particular focus on debt finance.

Kurt Neumann represents clients in complex financial transactions including commercial finance, structured finance and financial asset securitizations, and public finance. He assists public companies, private companies, family offices, and municipalities in lending transactions and financings, often in the hotel and hospitality sector.

Clients benefit from Kurt’s extensive experience structuring transactions and representing companies in credit facilities, senior and subordinated debt financings, and mezzanine loans. Kurt advises companies in a variety of industries on matters involving credit facilities and bank loans secured by a range of collateral, including equity, real property, hedge fund interests, and fine art.

Represented KSL Capital Partners in over $2 billion CMBS/mezzanine/term loan financings, including in connection with the acquisition of public company.

Structured Finance/Financial Asset Securitizations

Counsel to Community Reinvestment Fund Inc. with respect to asset-backed notes and bonds.

Luxury and Business Class Hotel Debt

Representing owners of luxury and business class hotels and resorts since 2006 in connection with more than $10 billion of structured debt.
