Kristen Smith earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as the co-editor-in-chief of the Asian American Law Journal and an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. She received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Kristen served as lead associate for a Fortune 500 consumer credit reporting agency in multiple litigation matters. Before her legal career, Kristen held human resources leadership roles in the energy and aerospace sectors, managing labor relations in complex unionized and nonunion manufacturing settings.
