Kelly C. Payne

Kelly Payne advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, and senior management in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, and equity financings.
She also focuses on day-to-day general corporate matters, including board and governance issues and employment and executive compensation matters. Kelly has experience counseling clients in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other debt transactions in a broad range of industries, including healthcare and technology.
In addition, as M&A innovation counsel, Kelly leads knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives on behalf of the firm's M&A practice to optimize effective and efficient client service. In this role, Kelly supervises the development and organization of internal and external resources that facilitate the sharing of market knowledge, legal developments, and deal terms across the M&A practice.
