Kellin R. Tompkins earned his J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review. Following graduation, Kellin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John R. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Kellin defended clients in the maritime transportation and fisheries industries in personal injury claims, product liability actions, and business disputes.
