Kayla Lindgren

Kayla Lindgren is an associate in the firm's Privacy & Security practice.

She is regularly staffed on class-action defense teams for claims arising under state consumer and privacy laws, including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). Kayla also represents clients on matters concerning the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).

Passionate about protecting private decisions related to reproductive health, Kayla works with clients on novel and significant legal issues arising in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. Her representations in this area include conducting extensive state surveys and advising companies on compliance with emerging state laws such as California's AB 1242.
