She also manages Perkins Coie's summer associate program, including the firm's diversity and practice-specific 1L and 2L fellowship programs and the hiring of fall associates.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Katie practiced law with a large national law firm based in New York. She worked in a diverse litigation practice on matters including copyright infringement, complex insurance matters, employment discrimination disputes, white collar criminal defense, bankruptcy, and a variety of pro bono matters including representing clients in divorces and participating in the New York City Family Court Legal Services. Katie also completed a four-month externship at inMotion, Inc. representing clients in divorce, custody, child support, and order of protection cases in New York Family and Supreme Courts.
