Katie Christensen, an experienced trademark and copyright attorney, has managed the prosecution and management of thousands of trademarks, counseling over 100 clients through the processes of trademark, copyright, and domain name clearance, registration, maintenance, and enforcement.
Katie drafts, negotiates, and reviews licensing agreements, coexistence agreements, certification standards, settlement agreements, and various transactional documents. She also has extensive experience drafting cease-and-desist letters, take-down requests, and reservation of rights letters.
