Katie represents clients in all aspects of corporate restructuring, including in Chapter 11 cases, assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABCs), and out-of-court restructurings.
Counsel Katie Allare works with companies and creditors from the healthcare, retail, entertainment, and energy sectors. She has also represented post-confirmation liquidation trusts through complex claim administrations and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
Katie's restructuring background includes advocating for clients in high-stakes Chapter 11 proceedings, including developing plans of reorganization and litigating contested plan issues.
