Joseph Merritt, Ph.D., has comprehensive experience in computational physics, quantum information, and condensed matter theory. Joseph has a broad technical skill set, including Python, C++, high performance computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. He is a lifelong learner and has earned certifications in deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and scientific computing.
As a doctoral researcher, Joseph developed quantum simulation software, designed efficient algorithms, and wrote original code optimized for high-performance computing hardware. His project management responsibilities included ownership of the development pipeline and making critical decisions for algorithm development and optimization.
