Jordon De La Cruz advises companies on complex commercial licensing and procurement transactions. His practice covers traditional software licensing, outsourcing, cloud computing, professional consulting services, software as a service, and hardware procurement, from data center infrastructure to robotics and warehousing technologies. He also assists clients on AI and machine learning, product compliance, privacy, and security.
In addition, Jordon counsels clients in the advertising and marketing technology space on sponsorship and promotional arrangements, influencer and digital media initiatives, ad tech and media-buying agreements, marketing vendor and platform relationships, branded content and campaign support arrangements, and related technology, IP, and data use considerations.
Jordon supports clients in payment processing and fintech matters, including compliance with payment card industry data security rules, Automated Clearing House Network system rules, payment brand rules for major payment card networks, and payment ecosystem requirements involving processors, acquiring banks, payment facilitators, gateways, and other service providers. His work also comprises contractual, operational, and data security considerations in payment acceptance, settlement, and technology-enabled payment arrangements.
