Jonathan Bloom brings more than two decades of experience in the legal and financial sectors, particularly in capital markets, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Jon founded both a consulting company to provide services directly to clients and a firm dedicated to delivering legal services, political advisory, and capital solutions for sophisticated clients.
Jon's career began as a lawyer, representing investment banks, financial sponsors, and investors in high-yield transactions, and later expanding his focus to include restructuring mandates following the global financial crisis. He has a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
