He has a broad range of experience with delivering innovative technical solutions in patent, antitrust, energy and environmental, voting rights and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) litigation matters. He provides technical solutions to clients, attorneys, paralegals and staff, as well as designs custom review, case analysis, and transcript management databases for individual matters. Joel has experience creating and implementing quality control workflows and adapting technical solutions to evolving requirements. As an integral part of the E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice, he offers his technical solutions on development of technical processes, focusing on software selection, testing and data security. Recognized by attorneys for his key contributions in a recent matter, Joel was awarded the Perkins Coie Award of Excellence.

Joel has completed the Concordance Administrator Certification, LAW Pre-Discovery E-Discovery Professional Certification, LAW Pre-Discovery Administrator Certification, and CaseMap Administrator Certification. Joel is also a Relativity Certified User and certified as a Relativity Processing Specialist. He has experience with Concordance, LAW, CaseMap, LiveNote, and Relativity.
