Jody provides legal counseling and guidance to individuals and families in the areas of estate, tax and gift planning.
Jody Bryson guides clients through even the most complex personal and family circumstances to craft a unique strategy to accomplish their goals. Jody's estate planning practice includes the creation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, as well as, associated documents to assist with entity formation, wealth transfer and asset protection.
Jody also represents private and professional fiduciaries and beneficiaries throughout the trust administration process, including preparation of trust accountings and estate tax returns.
